For the Word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. This is my Bible; it is the Word of God. I am what it says I am, I can do what it says I can do, and I can have what it says I can have.
Today I am ready to receive the incorruptible, indestructible, invincible seed of the Word of God. Therefore my mind is alert, my spirit is ready, and my ears are open to hear today’s Word from the Lord.
Lord, help me to mix what I hear with faith, so that it may profit me. |
